Deep groove ball bearings are one of the most commonly used bearings on the market. Ball bearings are designed to keep the separation between the bearing races, reducing rotational friction and support on the radial and axial loads.
Rolltex Bearings stocks a full line of ball bearings in both metric and inch sizes. We stock, but are not limited to, Single Row, Double Row, Self-Aligning, and Inch Series ball bearings.
If we do not stock what you are looking for our knowledgeable staff will be able to hunt it down for you.
Cylindrical roller bearings get their name from their design. Unlike other bearings that use balls, cylindrical bearings use cylinders for their rolling element. Cylindrical bearings are able to take on larger radial loads and higher speeds.
At Rolltex we carry cylindrical roller bearings in 200 ,300 ,5200 ,5300 , NU, NJ, 1000 and 2000 series with separable and fixed inner and outer races. We also inventory precision ground heavy duty needle roller bearings, inner races drawn cup needle bearings, cam followers (heavy stud and yoke type), and mast guide and sheave bearings.
Any bearing that is inserted into a housing is considered a mounted unit. A mounted unit can have a standard ball bearing or roller bearings. Mounted units are offered in a number of different housings, the most common being a pillow block.
We offer an extensive inventory in all types of mounted units. Our inventory includes: self-aligning ball bearing units in pillow blocks and two and four bolt flange blocks, ranging in shaft size from 1/2″ to 2-7/16″. Double row, heavy duty, two and four bolt square and round piloted flange units in shaft sizes thru 3-15/16″. Take-up units and split housing pillow blocks are also available.
Spherical bearings are designed to endure the harshest conditions. By design, the bearings allow angular misalignment between the outer and inner rings. The outside ring often has a tapered bore to secure the outer ring to the shaft.
Our spherical bearings are available in 21300, 22200, 22300, and 23000 series with straight or tapered bores. We stock these bearings for all oilfield applications including pumping unit, drilling, equipment, shaker screens, and all industrial equipment.
Designed for higher accuracy and control, tapered bearings can support larger radial and axial forces. More often than not, two tapered bearings will be used back to back to provide equal axial support.
At Rolltex we provide a large variety of tapered roller bearings for all applications including: oilfield agriculture, automotive and industrial. We stock and can source both single and double row tapered bearing in metric and inch sizes.
